General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
Condition 5:
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise) : Work Done Certificate
2 : Past Experience : Mandating satisfactory completion as prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work : Work Done Certificate
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : List of existing commitments and ongoing work : Others -- BID CAPACITY
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : List of works for which tenders already submitted : Others -- BID CAPACITY
5 : Financial Status : Banker Details : Others -- BANKERS CERTIFICATE
6 : Financial Status : achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover not less than two times estimate cost. : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
7 : Financial Status : Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years : ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)
8 : Others : Department Registration Details : PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)
