3 : Capabilities of Vendor : EPF Registration certificate and EPF paid details for the year 2022-23 & 2023-24 with copies of chalan : Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENTS
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : ESI Registration certificate (where-ever applicable shall be produced). ESI paid details with latest challans for the year 2022-23 & 2023-24 : Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENTS
5 : Capabilities of Vendor : GST Certificate allotted by tax authorities. tax paid details with latest challans for the year 2022-23 & 2023-24 : Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENTS
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : The bidder must have the experience for providing specified similar services in the last three years (2022-23 & 2023-24) to any Government Hospitals (above 30 bedded) / Organizations (Satisfactory Work Done Certificates should be submitted) : Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENTS
7 : Capabilities of Vendor : The bidder must submit Notarized self declaration in this regard shall be uploaded.The bidder should not have defaulted in providing similar Man power services against previous work awards. The bidder should not have blacklisted in providing similar Man power services against previous work awards.The Bidder should not have any cases pending against him regarding non-payment of EPF & ESI : Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENTS
