General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : --- : Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years : ---
2 : --- : Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded : ---
3 : --- : List of Financial Resources with Certificates : ---
4 : Past Experience : The Tenderer should have Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor in the last five financial years i.e from FY-2018-19 to FY-2022-23 in any of the Government/Public Sector Undertaking, at least one similar work such as Construction of RCC building work of value not less than Rs.133.50 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract). The satisfactory completion certificate issued by competent authority shall be furnished not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent : Work Done Certificate
5 : Past Experience : The Tenderer should have executed following quantities in one contract in the last five financial years i.e from FY-2018-19 to FY-2022-23 in any of the Government/Public Sector Undertaking (80% of estimated quantity). The satisfactory completion certificate issued by competent authority shall be furnished not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.Earthwork excavation- 400 Cum PCC 1:4:8/1:3:6- 59.20 Cum RCC M20 & above- 403.35 Cum Plastering- 3218.40 Sqm Granite/Vitrified/Ceramic flooring- 705.20 Sqm TMT steel reinforcement-35.07 Tonne : Work Done Certificate
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : The Tenderer shall be a Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class-II and above : PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)
7 : Capabilities of Vendor : Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: availability by owning following equipment OR availability on lease/hire basis. Relevant documents such as Purchase bill, RC book for own equipment OR lease agreement/hire agreement for leased/hired equipment. Documents should be Notarized and uploaded. 8 : Capabilities of Vendor : The Tenderer shall furnish Valid Labour License, ESI registration certificate, EPF registration certificate and PAN card. Documents shall be scanned and uploaded. : Others -- Relevant document
9 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available Tender Capacity (AxNx1.5-B) : Others -- Tender capacity document
