General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:

Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : --- : Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx) : --- 2 : --- : Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period) : --- 3 : --- : Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise) : --- 4 : --- : List of existing commitments and ongoing works : --- 5 : --- : List of works for which tenders already submitted : --- 6 : --- : Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded : --- 7 : --- : Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years : --- 8 : --- : Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded : --- 9 : --- : List of Financial Resources with Certificates : --- 10 : Past Experience : The bidders shall upload the work done certificate for having executed One building work of value not less than Rs. 190.00 lakhs and completed satisfactorily as a prime contractor within stipulated time period in the past 5 years (i.e., 2018-19 to 2022-23). Work done certificate shall be duly signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.(Note: Work done amount will be updated to the FY 2023-24 in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works will be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2023-24 in which the tenders are invited) : Work Done Certificate
