General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

Technical Qualification Criteria :

10 : Past Experience : The bidders shall upload the work done certificate for having executed One building work of value not less than Rs. 190.00 lakhs and completed satisfactorily as a prime contractor within stipulated time period in the past 5 years (i.e., 2018-19 to 2022-23). Work done certificate shall be duly signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.(Note: Work done amount will be updated to the FY 2023-24 in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works will be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2023-24 in which the tenders are invited) : Work Done Certificate
