General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 2:
All Terms and Conditions as per attached Tender Document.
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : Work done certificates for 3 years of experience in supplying manpower in the relevant fields indicating year wise No. of Personnel Designation of the Personnel provided to be issued by the competent authority for providing similar services for the last 3 financial years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22 & FY 2022-23 or Later). : Work Done Certificate
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : Company incorporation certificate and Memorandum of Articles and Association in respect of registered private limited company, Partnership deed Form A & Form C obtained from concerned Registrars of Firms in respect of registered partnership firms and Proprietorship concerns registration certificate registered obtained from competent licensing Authorities. : Others -- Relevant Document
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : Copy of Registration Certificate with Employees Provident Fund Organization. : Valid EPF Certificate
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : Copy of Registration Certificate with Employees State Insurance Corporation. : Valid ESI certificate
5 : Capabilities of Vendor : Copy of Registration Certificate with Goods and Service Taxes from Commercial tax Department. : GST Registration
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : Copy of Registration Certificate with Labour Department and Currency of the Registration shall be in force. : Labour Certificate
7 : Capabilities of Vendor : Notarized self-declaration Certificate for not having Black listed or Defaulter in Stamp Paper as per government guidelines. : Others -- Self-declaration Certificate
8 : Capabilities of Vendor : A Clearance Certificate regarding the payment of E.P.F and E.S.I. by the bidders for the period FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23 & 2023-24 (Latest) to be issued by the EPF & ESI Departments shall be submitted along with the Bids is mandatory. : Others -- Relevant Document
9 : Financial Status : IT Returns for the last 3 financial years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22 & FY 2022-23 or Later). : ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)
10 : Financial Status : Turn Over Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountants for the last 3 Financial Years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22 & FY 2022-23 or Later). : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
