General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor at least one consultancy work for Impounding Reservoir costing not less than Rs.15.00 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of estimated value of contract) during last 5 years (2018-19 to 2022-23). An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level. The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of Executive engineer of the concerned division/equivalent officer and countersigned by the Superintending engineer of the concerned circle/next higher officer. : Work Done Certificate
2 : Financial Status : The intending bidder should have annual financial turnover of minimum of two times of the amount put to tender of Rs.60.00 Lakh in two financial years during the last five years (i.e2018-19 to 2022-23). Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant mentioning UDIN No. should be enclosed (Additional weightage at 10% for each year shall be given for turn over to bring it to 2023-24) : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
3 : Financial Status : Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% amount put to tender (Rs. 9.00 Lakh)(Credit lines/Letters of credit/Certificates from Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., the contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the Banks. : Line of Credit
