2 : Financial Status : Annual Turnover Certificate Dually Certified by Charted Accountant (2018-19 to 2022-23) - Achieved in at least one financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 16.06 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract) Annual Turnover Certificate (2018-19 to 2022-23) : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
3 : Financial Status : GST registration Certificate and PAN CARD : GST Registration
4 : Others : PWD Class IV and above Civil Contractor Registration Certificate (Current Valid) : PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)
5 : Others : Must Should Submit Existing commitments and on-going works Details in Prescribed format in KW Document : Others -- Ongoing Works
