General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
Condition 4:
The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidder s end.
Condition 5:
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Condition 6:
Bidder shall pay Catalogue Management Module processing fees of 0.3% of the PO value(Min Rs.53/- & Max Rs.3000) soon after PO has been issued to bidder.
Condition 7:
Conditional tenders are not accepted
Condition 8:
Bidders should abide by other terms and conditions as prescribed in uploaded tender document
Condition 9:
EMD Amount will be refund after completion of tender process
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Capabilities of Vendor : Registration Certificates issued by competent Authority : Others -- Registration Certificates
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : Annual Tournover Certificate : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
3 : Others : All other documents as per tender document : Others -- Documents
