General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer Satisfactorily completed any one work in the last five years in any nature of work done not less than Rs.60.75 Lakhs (at least 90% of the contract value), : Work Done Certificate
2 : Past Experience : To qualify for award of this contract each tendered as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as of value not less than Rs.33.75 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract) : Work Done Certificate
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : PWD Registration Certificate : PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card : GST Registration
5 : Capabilities of Vendor : IT Returns for last five year (2018-19 to 2022-23) : ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : Executed in one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the following minimum quantities of work 1.PRE-coated galvalunized Iron Profile Steel 761.57 Sqm2.Structural Steel Work 1561.44 Kgs 3. 7 : Capabilities of Vendor : Each tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning at least 50 of the required key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50percentage can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (Applicants shall indicate the make, year of manufacture, capacity and working conditions of each of the equipment along with RC issued by R.T.O. 9 : Financial Status : To qualify for award of this contract each tendered in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2018-19 to 2022-23 (a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 67.50 Lakhs (Certified turnover certificate issued by the Chartered accountant with UDIN Number) : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
10 : Financial Status : Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 20.25 Lakhs, Credit lines/letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement : Line of Credit
