General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 2:
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
Condition 3:
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Condition 4:
ALL CONDITIONS AS PER TENDER DOCUMENTS
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : The Tenderer should have Submit No of trips quantity of 3000, 4000 and 6000 liters to the Govt. departments/Private Companies/Private Institutions /Dairy Farmers in the previous year. And the delivery note/Performa invoices should be uploaded and should have same nature of work done which should be 25% of the total cost of work : Satisfactory Performance Certificate
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : The Tenderer should have a Firm Registered Proprietor, Partnership, Public Sector or Private limited Company should upload registration documents : PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : The Tenderer Firm or Company should not have been black listed in any of the Government Tenders participated and a self declaration to that effect in prescribed format should be uploaded : Others -- TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
4 : Financial Status : Annual Turnover for the past 3 year : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
5 : Financial Status : The Tenderer should have Submit the pan card zerox or the IT Returns of the firm for the previous financial year : ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)
