Renovation of the school buildings, covering the façade thermal insulation, unheated floor space, protruding façade constructions, replacement of rainfall sockets and longer pipes, window and side entrance door replacements, between the facade and the plinth, the treatment of the locks (railing and the roof over the entrances) and the plumbing constructions on the riser under the roof structure. the purpose of this school renewal should be to reduce the energy performance of an object to energy, but also to protect building structures from external influences (rain, wind, snow). the construction is currently used for educational purposes and the construction works will not change its purpose.
