Requirement :

Provide comprehensive waste management services in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Sulice in the scope specified in the tender dossier and its annexes and to provide all related services or deliveries necessary for the fulfillment of the public contract. The subject of the public contract will be fulfilled in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 185/2001 Coll., On Wastes and on Amendments to Certain Other Acts, as amended, and by a general binding Order of the Contracting Authority No. 7/2015, collecting, collecting, transporting, sorting, utilizing and removing municipal waste and handling construction waste in the municipality of Sulice.
