1 Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturer or its authorized agents who are either registered with railway for tendered item or who has successfully supplied the same or similar item, in at least one of the last three Financial years and the current financial year up to date of tender opening (proving successful supply in any one financial year) to be submitted along with the offer. The onus to prove successful supply in the stipulated time frame lies on the bidder. (with any revision of Specification/Drawing or with deferent size)in last three financial year. Detail eligibility conditions will be as per clause 1.1 of section II of NWR tender document attached with the tendered item. Yes Yes Not Allowed 2 In the case tenderers participate as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of the principal, authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of principal. Firm who are tenders/authorized agents, are requested to indicate name address of manufacturer works and submit the tender specific OEM AUTHORIZATION letter from their manufacturer/OEM along with the tender. Non submission of valid AUTHORIZATION letter along with offer will make their offer invalid and offer will be summarily rejected.
