Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years. Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Rs 25.98 Lakhs (Performance Certificate certified by Not less than the ranking of EE) : Work Done Certificate
2 : Past Experience : Executed in any one year of the Last 05 Years (for a continuous period of 12 months) the Earthwork excavation in all types 199.02 Cum : Work Done Certificate
3 : Past Experience : Executed in any one year of the Last 05 Years (for a continuous period of 12 months) the Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete 94.61 Cum : Work Done Certificate
4 : Past Experience : Executed in one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the Fabrication of Tor/TMT Steel 5.12 Tonne : Work Done Certificate
5 : Past Experience : Executed in one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the BBM / SSM / CC Solid Blocks / Similar masonry walls 240.18 Cum : Work Done Certificate
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 15.59 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from The nationalized / scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc). (Usually not less than 30% of th e estimated cash flow) Banker Certificate should be in prescribed format as attached in the bid document. : Line of Credit
7 : Financial Status : To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2018-19 to 2022-23 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 51.95 Lakhs : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
8 : Others : Contractor Registration Certification : PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)
9 : Others : Valid GST Registration Certificate : GST Registration
10 : Others : List of existing commitments and ongoing works : Others -- List of existing commitments and ongoing works
