Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years. Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Rs 17.79 Lakhs (Performance Certificate certified by Not less than the ranking of EE) : Work Done Certificate
2 : Financial Status : To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2018-19 to 2022-23 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 35.57 Lakhs : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
3 : Others : liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 10.67 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from The nationalized / scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc). (Usually not less than 30% of the estimated cash flow) Banker Certificate should be in prescribed format as attached in the bid document. : Line of Credit
