1 Railway Reserves the right to purchase Entire quantity from OEM or their Authorized Agent only. OEM takes the full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligations and the inspection against order of Railway. Tenderer must mention Make/Model/Brand of the item being offered and there must not be any ambiguity of make/model while quoting the offer. Authorized Agent must attach the Tender Specific Authorizations and EMD as per Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic Tenders Revision 1.20 of July 2023 along with the offer otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.
