General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:
Latest copy of certificate of registration, registered with the registrar of companies or Competent Authority. (Documents to be uploaded)
Condition 5:
Earnest Money Deposit in E Cash
Condition 6:
VALID EPF REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
Condition 7:
Valid GST registration certificate
Condition 8:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 9:
If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holidays, the next working day holds good
Condition 10:
The consultants/authorized signatory should attach his/her signature to the Schedule B before uploading the documents
Condition 11:
Corrigendum will be published in the web site KPPP portal for all modifications/corrections if any
Condition 12:
Topographical errors, if any, will not be ground for any claims by the Consultant
Condition 13:
In case of the death of Consultant after executing /commencement of work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered Consultant and willing can execute the work at the rates irrespective of the cost of work.
Condition 14:
Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees as per e-portal

Schedule B rate is Excluding GST
Condition 17:
For Key personnel and supporting staff upload the documents as mentioned in uploaded bid document

Bidders should quote rates with the inclusive of GST as per the latest circular
