General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:
GST shall be paid to the Tendered amount separately
Condition 5:
Right to accept any tender and to reject any or all the tenders rests with the Chief Engineer, K.U.W.S and D. Board, Dharwad
Condition 6:
Any other relevant document as per bid documents
Condition 7:
It is mandatory to upload the various Technical & Financial eligibility requirements and also fill up the formats mentioned in various Sections of Bid Document while submitting the bids. The incomplete bids shall be considered as substantially non responsive
Condition 8:
Achieved in at least two financial year a Minimum Financial turnover of INR. 126.34 Crores in the last five financial years (2018-19 to 2022-23) (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only). The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by Statutory Auditor along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years) to be submitted
Condition 9:
Satisfactorily completed (90% of the Contract Value), as prime contractor from at least one water supply project/ lift irrigation projects of value not less than INR. 57.64 Crores.
Condition 10:
Executed the following minimum quantities of work, executed in any one year Providing & laying of MS/DI/ HDPE or in combination of these pipes 62.00 Km length. Installation of House Service Connections 2400 nos. The Tenderer should have constructed an OHT with minimum 11.50 LL capacity or in combination in any one year. The Tenderer should have constructed Jack well with minimum 9 m diameter in any one year.
Condition 11:
The Tenderer should have executed SEEC of DWT/ CF/ submerged CF/ non-clog sewage pumping machineries with allied accessories not less than 440HP or in combination in any one year. The Tenderer should have constructed an WTP with minimum 2.00 MLD capacity or in combination in any one year. The Tenderer should have carried out minimum 11KV Power supply arrangement using Conductor / UG cable/ABC cable of value not less than Rs. 211.14 Lakhs in any one year. The Tenderer should have carried out SCADA/Online monitoring system works in WS/ UGD project of value not less than Rs. 67.25 Lakhs in any one year
Condition 12:
Design Consultant is required to submit his work experience credentials and minimum key personnel i.e Hydraulic Expert-1 No, Structural Expert-1 No, Electromechanical Expert-1 No. The credentials of the Design Consultant and CVs of key personnel (minimum) shall be evaluated along with the Conceptual Scheme Report
Condition 13:
Availability by owning/hired (50:50) key and critical equipment for this work. Excavators 4Nos. Concrete / Groove cutting machine 4Nos.Electro fusion / Butt welding machine 4Nos. Tippers 4Nos
Condition 14:
Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 29.46 Crores unconditional Credit line/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. If the Banker Certificate is conditional, then the Tender is liable for rejection. (Either of Partners of the JV / or Lead partner shall meet this qualification criteria.) Please refer Tender Data Sheet
