General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
THE TENDERER SHOULD HAVE SATISFACTORY SUPPLIED 80% OF THE TOTAL TENDER QUANTITY OF ALL THE INDIVIDIUAL ITEMS PUT TOGETHER IN ANY ONE OF THE 2020-2021, 2021-22, 2022-23, FINANCIAL YEAR. AS A PROOF OF TENDERE SHOULD SUBMIT COPIES OF PURCHASE ORDERS/WORK ORDERS /SATISFACTORY CERTIFICATE

WHILE BIDDING, PLEASE GLANCE AND REFER ITEM CODE, GIVEN IN TENDER DOCUMENT AND PORTAL
Condition 5:
FOR DELIVERY SCHEDULE, PLEASE REFER TENDER DOCUMENT

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED AS PER TENDER DOCUMENT
