General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:
The intending bidder shall go through the uploaded bid document and shall abide all the terms and conditions of the bid document.
Condition 5:
The bidder shall upload declarations as indicated in bid document in his letter head.

6 : Financial Status : The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs, 17.47 Lakhs, in at least two financial years during the last five years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23). As a proof of this the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or Turnover certificate duly certified by the charted accountant. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited) : Others -- bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant
7 : Others : The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar work such as Helium leak detection test of Condensers/condenser vacuum pumps of value not less than Rs, 8.73 Lakhs in the last five years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23) in any thermal power stations of capacity not less than 210MW. As proof of this, the bidder shall upload single work order and corresponding work done certificate issued by competent authority. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited) : Others -- As proof of this, the bidder shall upload single work order and corresponding work done certificate issued by competent authority
8 : Others : The bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than total estimated cost of the work. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under- Assessed available tender capacity - A x N x 2.5 - B Where, A - Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years taking it to account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B - Value of existing commitment and on-going works to be completed during the next one years. Bidder shall upload statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed duly Self-declared by the bidder or countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. : Others -- Bidder shall upload statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works
