General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2018-2019 to 2022-2023) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 9.78 Crores
Condition 5:
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2018-2019 to 2022-2023) satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least One UGD work of value not less than Rs. 2.45 Crores
Condition 6:
Executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work: Providing & laying of DI/UPVC / RCC pipes or in combination. 5.61 Kms. BBM / RCC machine holes or in combination. 197 Nos. UGD House service connections with PE Inspection chambers 1200 Nos
Condition 7:
Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.125.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement)
Condition 8:
Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B)
Condition 9:
GST shall be paid to the Tendered amount separately
Condition 10:
Right to accept any tender and to reject any or all the tenders rests with the Chief Engineer, K.U.W.S and D. Board, Dharwad
Condition 11:
It is mandatory to upload the various Technical & Financial eligibility requirements and also fill up the formats mentioned in various Sections of Bid Document while submitting the bids. The incomplete bids shall be considered as substantially non responsive
Condition 12:
Any other relevant document as per bid documents
Technical Qualification Criteria :
