1 Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity materials of the tendered item from PAC [Proprietary Articles Certificate] holder M/s PLASSER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED-FARIDABAD ((116305 ) Address: 13th Milestone, Mathura Road P.O. Amar Nagar, Faridabad, Haryana, India, 121003 or from any Authorized Dealer of PAC Holder/OEM i.e. M/s PLASSER INDIA PVT LTD. The Dealer/Distributor/Agent of PAC firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with offer failing which their offer(s) will be liable to be rejected. Either the OEM or the Dealer/Distributor/ Agent on behalf of the Principal / OEM can BID but both cannot simultaneously bid for the same item / product in the same Tender /BID. In such cases, both the offers shall be considered in-eligible and will be summarily rejected. No Yes Allowed (Optional) 2 Developmental order:- Other sources ( new / untried sources/Non PAC Sources) having capacity to manufacture and supply of tendered item and attaching documents for their past performance for same or similar item duly supported by PO copies along with Inspection certificate / Consignee Receipt Certificate(CRC)/Consignee Receipt Note(CRN)/Receipt Note (R/Note)/Delivery documents/ Tax invoices /Receipted challans etc of same or similar item to Zonal Railways/PUs etc. can be considered for Developmental orders maximum up to 20 percent of the NPQ provided they have attached the relevant document along with their offer which proves their capacity and capability to manufacture the tendered item.Such tenderer are to note that non submission of such documents shall be taken as their not having any such past performance and/or capacity, and their offer is liable to be rejected and no back reference in this regard will be made to them. firm to approach Vendor Approving Authority for capacity cum capability assessment and prototype approval if applicable, before supply/ offering for inspection.
