1 Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from CORE approved (CORE item ID: 4200025057) or their authorized dealer as per clause 16.3 of Eastern Railway general tender conditions. Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from OEM along with their offer failing which their offers shall be considered further as per extant rules and no back reference in this regard will be made to them.
