1 Supply to be as per tender Specification/Drawing. Yes Yes Allowed (Optional) 2 1[a] The tenderer must have supplied the same/similar items to this Railway or any other zonal railways/production units. Documentary evidence (such as R/Notes, RITES Inspection Certificate etc.,) must be furnished along with the offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders. The tenderer with satisfactory past performance as mentioned above for supply of the same/similar items for a qty. of 20 percent or more of tendered qty. against a single contract during the last three years may be considered for placement of bulk and regular order. [b]. If such past performance level is lower, then the offer may be considered [as responsive to S Railway requirements] for placement of developmental order not exceeding 20 percent of the net procurable quantity. Tenderers, who have no past performance as above, may also be considered for developmental orders. For consideration of such developmental orders, such tenderers must enclose along with their quotation, details of M&P testing facilities, QAP[if available], Technical manpower/financial status available with them and MSE/NSIC registration certificate for same/similar items Yes Yes Allowed (Mandatory)
