15/05/2024 14:301 (a) Purchaser reserves the right to procure Bulk or Entire quantity from RDSO approved vendors as available on UVAM. (b) Offers received from tenderers appearing in the Vendor list of RDSO, as available on UVAM, as 'Vendors for Developmental Orders' shall be considered eligible for Developmental Orders up to 20 percent of net procurable quantity (NPQ) in regular tenders. (c) Where there are not more than three Indian suppliers categorized as Approved Vendor for a particular item, developmental vendors can be considered for placement of bulk order without any quantity restrictions. However, while considering such vendors, factors including past performance, capacity, delivery requirements, quantity under procurement, nature of item, outstanding order load etc. shall be considered in a transparent manner, subject to rates being reasonable. Quantity allocation among eligible vendors shall be based on pre decided tender criteria as per Para 22 of Instructions to tenderers and General Conditions of tenders. Such orders shall be treated as bulk orders. Indian Supplier shall be defined as follows; A supplier or bidder shall be considered to be from India if (i) the entity is incorporated in India, or ii) a majority of its shareholding or effective control of the entity is exercised from India, or iii) more than 50% of the value of the item being supplied has been added in India. (d) The status of the vendor (i.e. approved or developmental vendor) shall be reckoned as on the date of tender closing date and not thereafter. However, cases of downgrading/removal/ suspension/ banning etc., after closing date of tender, shall be taken into account while considering the offers. (e) The firms who are not appearing in UVAM as Approved/Developmental Vendors of RDSO will not be considered for ordering. However, such firms willing to supply the tendered item, are advised to approach the concerned Vendor Approving agency for getting their name registered as approved/developmental vendor in vendor directory on UVAM before tender closing date. Note: Vendor directories being maintained in other forms manual /online , if any will not be considered. No No Not Allowed 2 Those vendors who have been conditionally approved by RDSO with "General remarks" in vendor directory published by RDSO related to field trials, proto type approval etc. should submit clarification and latest status of their trials/approval duly supported by documents issued by concerned authorities. Otherwise, their offer shall be summarily rejected without giving any back reference. No No Not Allowed

supply, installation, testing and commissioning of smps based integrated power supply (ips) system as per rdso spec. no.rdso/spn/165/2012 (ver.-3.0) along with surge protection device, status monitoring panel, spares,tool kit, lmla battery consisting of 55 plus 5 cells (cells as per rdso spec. irss-88/2004 ) along with battery stand.the configuration of ips should be as per ncr/hq drawing no. typ/2017 /0002-10 for ibswith lc gate .this includes transporation to consignee depot ,from consignee depot to site. [ warranty period 30 months after the date of delivery ]supply, installation, testing and commissoning of smps based integrated power supply (ips)system as per rdso spec. no. rdso/spn/165/2012 (ver 3.0) aiong with surge protection device, status monitoringpanel, spares, tool kit,lmla battery consisting of 55 plus 5 sells (cellsas per rdso spece.irss-88/2004) along with battery stand . the configuration of ips should be per ncr/hq drawing no. typ/2017/0002-11 for relay hut /lsc with aftc,axle counter and lc gate.this includes transportation to consignee depot, from consignee depot to site, installation and commissioning of integrated power supply system after duly filling precommissioning check list jointly by rdso approved vendor and railway representative.(item shall be procured though store) (with gst, frieght and commissioning charges.)this includes transporation to consignee depot ,from consignee depot to site.
