1 OEM or his authorized dealer are eligible to quote. Dealers to submit tender specific authorization letter from OEM, in absence of which the quotation will be summarily rejected. Yes Yes Allowed (Mandatory) 2 The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20% of tender quantity in any Zonal Railways, Production Units, PSUs in preceding three years from the date of tender opening against single order. The bidder should upload document like copies of Receipt Notes, Receipted Challan, and Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.
