1 Offers from the BIS approved re-rollers or main producers shall be considered. Offers from authorized dealers of the above mentioned BIS approved re-rollers or main producers may also be considered, but the following conditions are to be complied with: [i] Furnishing of letter of authorization from the relevant principal manufacturer. [ii] Submission of manufacturer s test certificate and guarantee certificate of firm with each lot of supplies. The BIS approved re-roller or their authorized dealers should enclose along with the offer current and valid approval from BIS No No Allowed (Mandatory)
