1 (i) Supply to be as per tender specification. (ii) Railway reserves the right to purchase Bulk Quantity from those sources who have been approved by RDSO for the item on or before the date of tender opening. But in case of removal or suspension or banning or degradation after opening the tender, such cases will be taken into account while deciding tender ( for details regarding ordering on Approved / Developmental vendors please refer para 3.2 & 3.3 of Part B tender conditions) (iii) Vendors who have been given conditional approval by RDSO subject to "Field Trials" are supposed to attach documentary proof about the successful completion of such trials.
