1 (1) The tenderer must have supplied same/similar item (Odonil Container for Coaches) to any Railways/Railway PUs/Central Govt Organization/ PSUs and documentary evidence must be submitted along with their offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders during last 03 financial years and current financial year up to the date of tender opening. (2) The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts as mentioned above for supply of a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity during above mentioned period may be considered [as responsive to SC railways requirements] for placement of regular / bulk orders. (3) As proof of successful supply, firm should submit (along with offer) the documents like R note/CRN /Inspection Certificate/ CRAC /Joint commissioning reports/ completion certificate apart from the PO copy. (4) If there is no such past performance, then the offer may also be considered as responsive to SC Rly requirements for placement of developmental order not exceeding 20 percent of the net procurable quantity, but for consideration of such development orders, they must submit details of M&P, Testing facilities, QAP if available, technical manpower available with them or UDYAM registration certificate for same/similar item along with their quotation.
