1 Firm should quote specific make/brand out of mentioned brands in description. Firm offering different make from make mentioned in description, firm should submit documentary proof for the same (like R. Note, Receipt Challan or other authentic documents) in Railway of that particular make for same or allied item. The allied items (to be decided by the purchasing authority) are those items which can be produced by same line of machinery and plant and adequate quality control arrangement.
