Provision of direct reception/dispatch facilities on line No. 5 and 6 at RNI - Key locked rotary relay KLCR working on 24 V DC (AC Immunized), Supply and installation of KLCR box for fixing of EKT/KLCR inside box including supply of all materials like board, handle, hinges, Godrej type padlock, glass sheets, supporting brackets etc, Supply and installation of Electronics for Universal Fail Safe Block Interface (UFSBI) as per IRS (Latest Amendments) for exchange of Vital Relay states as Fail-Safe 16 I/O, Supply and installation of Automatic Media changeover of UFSBI working on redundant channels for data transmission on Primary and Secondary OFC Media, Supply of Stand-alone 2 Nos. 42 inch LED TV along with all accessories and configuration software/ tools to work along industrial grade PC with Non-Vital Display Station Unit. Necessary mounting arrangements shall also be provided for VDU, Supply and installation of RS-232 to Fibre Converter or RS-232 to Quad Modem (as per media availability) for operating UFSBI equipment as per IRS Spec. No. IRSS-104/2012 Ver. 0 on dark Optic Fibre Cable, Supply and installation of Non-Vital Mux, having 64 inputs suitable for placing in each ALH or Station (alongside UFSBI Mux cabinets) towards I/O Exchange and Display arrangement at end stations on dark OFC incorporating Clod Interfacing Features. One such system shall be placed for each of Up and Dn line UFSBI rack. These modules will be used for section wise display of Automatic Signal Aspects, Tracks, L.C. Gates, etc., at end station on LED TV/ Industrial PC with Monitor, Installation, testing and commissioning of the display arrangements at Non-Vital Mux modules at the SM's Room/ Cabin of Station, Supply and installation of Fibre Distribution Management System (Fibre Enclosure) for 24 fibres LIU loaded with 24* nos. Pigtails and Adapter as per RDSO Spec No. RDSO/SPN/TC/37/2000 (Ver.3) Amdt.2 A 1.00, Shifting of all Telecom Accessories from old OFC to New OFC room. This includes grouting , wiring and installation of OFC equipment in new OFC room and Ladder supporting arrangement for wiring, dressing, lacing and bunching, etc. in new OFC room, Supply and installation of Pigtail cables (SC-APC) each 20 metres long, Supply and installation of Modular Power Supply Arrangement for VDU (42"-85") and Industrial PC (Embedded PC) with Input and Output Redundancy Arrangement and Hot Pluggable Modules (Make-Gallant or similar) as per TS.
