Contract involves a radical change in the function of the second and third floors of the main building from accommodation rooms to baths and changing rooms for staff. the project includes the establishment of 4 identical subdivision areas, 2 on each floor with bath and changing room for 120 people in each area. a subdivision area will contain 2 bath and toilet areas, 2 drying rooms and 4 changing rooms with equipment cabinets. new plumbing and ventilation will be established for all functions including all equipment cabinets.
