Construction of a pressurized pipe irrigation system to supply water through the rising/gravity mains by pressurized pipeline system for hose irrigation to deliver at farmers field upto 15 ha with a duty of 0.45 lit/sec/ha with water distribution management plan such as to maintain at least 1.5 meter residual head at each 2.5 ha chak for hose pipe irrigation system by rotation with a total power requirement of zero mw (under gravity flow) in the culturable command area of 2600 hectare, out of gross command area 4900 hectare, fully covering the entire compact and contiguous possible arable area and any area increase/ decrease in cca within / beyond the gca shall be permitted with written approval of chief engineer as the index map for hose irrigation system under dargarh irrigation project.
